(Namita Pradhan, Intern Journalist) China; Nubia Red Magic 5S has officially launched by China. It shares its many specifications. It is a slightly tweaked version of Nubia sports the improved vapor cooling system which can get to an edge over the Red Magic 5G but other specification remains the same. It is currently launched in China and yet to be launched globally.
It is to be available in China on 3 storage versions- 8GB RAM and 128GB storage with the price of CNY 3,799, the other with 12GB/256GB configuration with a price of CNY 4,399 and the last one with 16GB/256GB with the price of CNY 4,999. It has the option of two colors red and blue dual-tone colorways and the other one with silver paint. The sale in China starts on 1st August.
It has a 6.65inch FHHD+AMOLED display without the punch-hole or notch design and with minimal bezels on the sides. The display supports refresh rate up to 144Hz. The touch sampling rate of the phone is 240Hz, same to the Lenovo Legion Pro Duel and Asus ROG Phone 3.Its hyper mode which boosts the touch sampling rate to 320Hz during gaming makes it stand out.
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor, paired up to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. There is also the support of a microSD card up to 256GB capacity of storage.
