(Riya Singh, Intern Journalist): China is set to start construction of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway between Ya’an in Sichuan province and Linzhi in Tibet, close to the Indian border in Arunachal Pradesh, the state-run China News reported. This comes after China Railway announced on Saturday the bidding results for the power supply project and construction of two tunnels and a bridge of the Ya’an-Linzhi section.
