China’s communist dictatorship is promoting expansionism on the basis of its aggressive policies and yet it intends to be seen as a peace-loving country. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi recently claimed that aggression and expansionism have never been in China’s genes in its 5,000-year history. There is an old saying that you reap what you sow.
Chinese President Xi Jinping very strictly wants to create a China-centric global framework. His efforts also faced global resistance and increased confrontation with the US. This has increased fears of China’s international isolation. The tension on the border with India better reflects Xi’s unproductive policies.
