The official media gave this information. Linjhi is also known as Nayingshi and is located near the Arunachal Pradesh border. Linzhi also has an airport, which is one of the five airports built by China in the Himalayan region.
China Railway on Saturday announced the results of the tender for the construction work of two tunnels and a bridge and for power supply for the Yan-Linzhi section of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway. This indicates that the construction work of the project is about to begin. The Sichuan-Tibet Railway is the second such project in Tibet, after the Qinghai-Tibet Railways, according to the official China News. It will pass through the southeast of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau, which is included in the geologically most active areas of the world.
The Sichuan-Tibet Railway starts from Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province. It passes through the vehicle and enters Tibet and reduces the travel time between Chengdu to Lhasa by 48 hours.
