Hu Xijin, an editor of the newspaper, tweeted, “I understand PM Modi needs to make a political stunt at the border and talk tough. But please quietly tell Indian border troops about China which you know is much stronger than India. Tell them not to mess with PLA because they are really no match for PLA.” Earlier on PM Modi ‘s visit to Ladakh, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian also commented that India and China are in communication and negotiations to lower temperatures via military and diplomatic channels.
