(Manisha Mahar, Intern Journalist); In the midst of elections in Bihar, LJP President Chirag Paswan has made a big statement. He said, “There has been corruption in Nitish Sarkar’s flagship scheme ‘Saat Nishchay’. If our party comes to power, it will investigate the corruption and send the culprits to jail even if it is Chief Minister Nitish Kumar himself. Corruption is happening under his nose. Chirag also targeted Nitish on the issue of imposing liquor ban law in the state.
The LJP president accused the chief minister of profiting from liquor smuggling in the state. Chirag gave these things in a telephonic interview given to a news agency on Monday. Earlier, while speaking to the media at Patna Airport, Chirag said that 12 crore Bihari, including Nitish’s ministers and the media, know that there has been a large scale corruption in implementing the seven decision plan. LJP is contesting elections on its own in Bihar after splitting from the NDA. Chirag Paswan is targeting Nitish at election meetings and on social media. At an election rally in Nokha in Rohtas district, Chirag had said that Nitish Kumar lied to Prime Minister Narendra Modi that tap water has been delivered to all houses in Bihar and drains have been made.
