During the Corona period, people were troubled by the idea of electricity being expensive after the income was reduced, but the Yogi government has given them relief news before the festival.
Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation (UP Power Corporation) has suffered a lot during the lockdown in the Corona era. In such a situation, the Power Corporation was preparing to increase the rate by changing the slab by not directly increasing the electricity rate. For this, the Corporation sent a proposal to the State Electricity Regulatory Commission. If this proposal were implemented in the state, it would have a direct impact on the pockets of domestic consumers. But the regulatory board has given relief to 80% of domestic consumers by rejecting the proposal for the present.
