(Anjali Shreya, Intern Journalist): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced to make North India’s largest logistics hub in Noida. Yogi was addressing Investor’s High-Level Authorized Committee (State Level Udyog Bandhu) at his government residence.

The Chief Minister said that with the construction of Jewar International Airport, the area near Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida is an attractive investment destination. He said that the Multi-Model Logistics Park at Dadri and the Transport Hub at Bodaki would establish the Greater Noida region as the largest logistics hub in North India.

The Chief Minister said that along with traditional investment opportunities, the immense possibilities of solar energy, biofuels, and civil aviation are being encouraged. Defense and aerospace, warehousing and logistics, data centers, electric vehicles, pharmaceutical industries are new investment centers in the state.

He also announced several facilities for investors. Said that the campaign to make UP an industrial state has started. The government has set a target of providing loans worth Rs 95 thousand crores to industrial units this year and new investment proposals of 16 thousand crores have been received. This will create a large number of employment opportunities.
