Saloni Subha (Intern Journalist) Lucknow The accused were caught red-handed transporting 53 cattle cows and progeny in two trucks to Bihar. Constable Deep Narain Paswan was in simple clothes, and sitting in one of the trucks, the Police informed.
The police Constable was among the 10 persons who were arrested in Deoria district on Monday on charges filed under the Cow Slaughter Act, and the Prevention of Animals Cruelty Act, the police further added.
