You need coriander powder, makhana, sugar powder, cardamom powder, coconut powder, cashew nuts, and ghee to make this delicious dish. This simple recipe can also be put to eat by pregnant women.
Main Ingredients
1/3 cup Coriander Powder
1/2 cup Lotus Seeds
1 tablespoon Chironomid / Extract Pulp
3/4 tbsp Sugar Powder
3/4 tbsp Cashew
1/2 cup Coconut Powder
3/4 cups ghee
How to make:
Coriander Panjiri
Step 1: Put ghee in a pan and fry the lotus seeds/makhanas until they turn brown, then remove to another bowl. Next, add coconut powder in the same pan and continue mixing until golden brown.
Step 2: In the same pan, add cashews, almonds, and seeds over low heat until crispy and crispy.
Step 3: Add 2 tablespoons ghee and mix well with coriander powder on low flame. Fry this mixture for a minute and quickly transfer to a bowl.
Step 4: Turn off the heat and mix all the fried ingredients in a bowl. Add cashews, cardamom powder, and makhana and mix well.
Transfer the freshly made coriander Recipe to another bowl and let it cool. This delicious dessert can be stored in an airtight container or served immediately.
