(Satya Havilah, Intern Journalist) Jabalpur: The parents of Madhya Pradesh have got a big relief from the High Court. The Jabalpur High Court has given its detailed verdict on the case of the fee of private schools in Coronakal. In its judgment of 13 pages, the High Court has given great relief to the parents and made it clear that private schools will be able to charge only tuition fees in the coronary period.
The High Court has also ordered that private schools will not be able to recover old fees from backdate or other items as arrears. The Court has also made an important observation that private schools cannot deprive children of quality education under any circumstances.
Amidst the Corona crisis, there have been frequent reports of private schools pressuring parents to collect huge fees. An appeal was filed against this in the High Court. The court has finalized a decision on this.
