(Aditya Shaw, Intern Journalist): The country continues to have fluctuations in the daily cases of coronavirus. There is a decrease in daily cases on Friday as compared to Thursday. On Thursday, there were 31,522 new cases. On Friday, 29,398 new cases have been reported. However, there is a slight increase in the number of the dead today than yesterday.
According to data released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, 29,398 people have been infected with Kovid-19 in the last 24 hours. Thus the number of corona infections in the country has increased to 97,96,770. At the same time, the number of active cases of corona in the country remains below four lakhs.
In the last 24 hours, 414 patients have lost their lives due to the virus, after which the total number of dead in India has increased to 1,42,186. There are more than 92 lakh patients who go out of the country for infection. In the last 24 hours, 37,528 patients have defeated the virus and returned home from the hospital after treatment. In this way, the total number of patients who are free of infection has increased to 92,90,834. There are 3,63,749 active cases of corona in the country.
