Ingredients :
Potatoes – 3, Cornflour – 2 spoons, Gram flour – 2 spoon, Black pepper powder – 1/2 spoon, Cumin – 1/2 spoon, Fine chopped Green chili – 1, Fine chopped Onion – 2 spoon, Salt – according to taste, Oil – according to need.
Method :
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel the peel and grate the potatoes. Dip the grated potatoes in water and leave it for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the water and squeeze the water completely. Pour grated potatoes into a bowl and mix well by adding cornflour and gram flour. If the mixture is too wet, then add a little cornflour and gram flour.
Add black pepper powder, cumin powder, green chili, onion, and salt to the mixture. If the mixture is still wet, add a little gram flour and mix. Heat a nonstick Pan and at some oil to it. Put a big spoonful of mixture into the center of the pan and spread it the way you want. Cook it in medium heat till it turns golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
