With this money, farmers will be provided warm clothes. In the cold weather, farmers and elders of Punjab are staging sit-ins on the border. In such a situation, Diljit has taken this step keeping in mind the winter season. Punjabi singer Singga has revealed this in one of his video messages. Also, thanks are also given to Diljit for his contribution.
Singga told that Diljit has done this big donation and did not try to make it a big deal. He also informed that with this money, warm clothes and blankets have been purchased for the elders who join the farmer movement. Singha also thanked Diljit Dosanjh on social media. He wrote on his Instagram story, “Thank you very much Diljit Dosanjh.” These days Diljit Dosanjh has been in the headlines for his Twitter war with Kangana Ranaut. This war started when Kangana called an elderly woman in the peasant movement called Shaheen Bagh’s grandmother and said that she reaches for 100 rupees in any movement. Diljit did not like this and disclosed the real identity of the woman and rebuked Kangana.
