The man, who was trying to escape after the incident, was caught by the villagers and handed over to the police. Police reached the information and recovered brick from the spot. Vijay Pratap Tomar alias Kalli is a drug addict among two sons of Prahlad Singh, a resident of Kiraon village in the Kotwali area.
