(Pooja Dubey, Intern Journalist) The Delhi government has taken a major step to make Delhi pollution-free. The Delhi government has implemented the e-vehicle policy.
Kejriwal said during the launch of the scheme that, the electric vehicle policy is ready, it has been notified by the Delhi government. Five years from today, when the electric vehicle will be discussed, Delhi will be named at the top.
He further said the Delhi government will provide financial assistance to the people who buy electric vehicles under electric vehicle policy. 30,000 on 2 wheeler, Rs 1.5 lakh on cars, Rs 30,000 on auto-rickshaws and e-rickshaws.
The government will also give incentives to the people to encourage it.
