This FIR has been registered on the complaint of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) IT Cell. The Congress leader is accused of sharing misinformation and misleading propaganda. It is alleged that Tejbir made fake news against BJP on Facebook.
According to the information received, Congress leader Tejbir Mayana went viral on Facebook about the fake news related to the Bharatiya Janata Party meeting held in Rohtak two days ago. Tejbir Mayana hails from Rohtak and is an officer of the Kisan Congress.
A bullet was fired at the former councilor for money transactions, while Sachin, a resident of village Basai, shot at former councilor Harish Nanda of ward number 16, Sohna, for the transaction of money. The bullet came out of the top of his head. On making noise, Sachin and his companions fled. All had arrived from a Scorpio and a Fortuner. The incident took place in the former councilor’s office near the city police station on Monday evening. On the basis of the complaint, the City Police Police has registered a case and started investigating.
According to the complaint, there is a money transaction between Harish Nanda’s brother Hemant and the village Basai resident Sachin. People have demanded the arrest of the accused within 24 hours. Explain that the wife of former councilor Kamlesh Nanda is currently a councilor. Here, the station in-charge Arvind Dahiya said that on the basis of the complaint, the investigation has been started by registering a case against 10 youths including Sachin.
