FIR registered against Congress President Sonia Gandhi

An FIR has been lodged against him by a lawyer.
Bengaluru: An FIR has been lodged against the interim president of Congress Sonia Gandhi at Sagar Police Station in Shivamoga, Karnataka. The FIR against Sonia Gandhi was done by KV Pravin, a resident of Shiv Moga, Karnataka, who is a lawyer by profession.
Actually, accusing Congress of misleading PM Care Fund, the complainant has demanded criminal action against Sonia Gandhi. Complainant KV Praveen has accused the Twitter handle of Congress on May 11 of spreading baseless information about PM Care Fund. In the FIR, action has been demanded against Sonia and other Congress leaders.
Let me tell you that Sonia Gandhi wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding PM Care Fund. Sonia Gandhi also suggested to transfer the entire amount of ‘PM Cares’ fund to ‘Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund’ to deal with the Corona crisis. Sonia Gandhi wrote in a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, “It is a waste of hard work and resources to create two separate items for the disbursement of funds of service to the public. About 3800 crores in PMNRF are lying unutilized last year.”
Based on this, an FIR has been registered against Congress President Sonia Gandhi under Section 153, 505 of IPC. The FIR appeals that legal action should be taken against Sonia Gandhi.
