(Satya Havilah, Intern journalist) Kerala: A fire broke out on the Malabar Express in the Thiruvananthapuram district. A fire broke out in a Malabar Express luggage van. The incident took place at Varkala on Sunday morning. The train was stopped immediately after passengers spotted the fire and informed the guard. This avoided a major accident. All breathed a sigh of relief as no casualties were reported.
