Here’s how you can make it;

200 gm fish fillets
1 medium boiled potato
2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon cornflour
7 pieces dry red chili
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon sugar
cup salt
1 cup of refined oil

Step 1
First of all, remove the stems of the red chilies and grind to make a paste with sugar, garlic, and vinegar. Once done, keep it aside.
Step 2
Now, put a pan over medium flame and boil the fish for about 5 minutes until it is soft in some water.
Step 3
Then combine it with the boiled potato, bread crumbs, corn flour, the red chili paste prepared earlier, and salt. Mix well until a dough is formed.
Step 4
Make Balls Of The Dough And Deep Fry In Oil until golden in color. Serve with lime and tartar sauce on the side.
