(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern journalist) Kanpur: The five accused of the Bikaru case have filed a surrender petition in the court. The police and the STF looking for them, are unable to find any clue about them. All of them are constantly in touch with their advocates and neighbors. CO Bilhaur, Santosh Singh said that the nephew of gangster Vikas Dubey Shiv Tiwari, Govind Tiwari, Hiroo, Ziladar, and Shivam Dubey alias BDC has filed a surrender petition in the Kanpur Dehat court. The court sought information from the police station regarding all these absconding accused. On the other hand, the STF and the police are unable to find any clue of those who filed the surrender petition.
