Some of those who lost everything in the floods may have left their homes temporarily and migrated to other areas. They are suffering because all the hard-earned items have been washed away in the floods before their eyes. They are not getting any help. They don’t know where to go and are stuck in despair of what to do.

The power poles that collapsed in Balapur remain in front of the Sri Balaji Colony in Hastinapur. 50 houses were submerged. However, no one cared. All the water coming from here flooded Bairamalguda and Kakatiyanagar over Reddikalani.

Extreme levels of flood danger were announced in at least three places. With this, the residents of Raghavendra Colony, Geeta Colony, Lake Homes, and Vinay Apartment at the bottom of the pond are living without a blink of an eye. Ayyappa colony has already been submerged in floodwaters for the last 5 days.

If it rains again, there is a risk of flooding from above the Bandlaguda pond. Kattamaisamma colony, Yashodanagar, RTC Mazdurikalani, Ambedkar Nagar, Ranganaikulagutta, and Banjara colonies were submerged due to the calm of the duck pond in Hayatnagar. Padmavati colony, Mallikarjunnagar, Ayyappanagar, Srinivasa Colony, Venkataramana Colony under Nagolu Division, BK Reddinagar Colonies are still in the water.

Authorities temporarily dug a canal from the Lenin Nagar cemetery after floodwaters from Badangpet overflowed into a large pond. The floodwaters inundated the popular metropolis. Sai Balaji, Navayuga Colony, and Sivanarayanapuram Colony have been trapped in the waterlogging for a week now. The Green Homes Colony in Nadargul, including the famous Kasibugga Temple, was submerged in the Srikrishna Enclave. Water entered houses in Chadarghat, Moosanagar, Kamalanagar, Shankarnagar, and the colony on Saturday night, leaving the colony residents without asleep.

The Chadarghat Lower Bridge was completely submerged and traffic was closed. Uppal Chilukanagar Nala was dangerously flowing and traffic was light on Sunday. Swarupnagar Naledi is in the same situation. South Swaroop Nagar, New Bharat Nagar, Srinagar Colony, Kaverinagar Colony, beyond the flood.

However, family members and relatives left the flooded house in Kodandaramnagar on Sunday to go to the function hall for their wedding engagement.

His name is Mallikarjun as seen in the picture above. He lives with his wife and children in Mithila Nagar, Mirpeta. He runs a home grocery shop for employment. The Mantra Lake above Mithila Nagar was flooded due to the recent heavy rains. As a result, the goods in the shop, the car parked in front of the house, the scooter, and all the household items were washed away. The damage was over Rs 2.5 lakh. He expected that it will be normal but on Saturday night with heavy rain and flooded again.
