(Pooja Dubey, Intern Journalist) In the city of Kanpur, Pakistani organizations have been involved in the game of forcible conversion after marrying the girls of the Hindu community in a love affair. According to the information received by the SIT, forcible conversions are being funded by these organizations.
More than 50 thousand followers of Pakistani organization Dawtey Islami have been informed about the mental resentment of the community by living in the city. The SIT has ordered vigilantes to be vigilant and to monitor their activities. The team can submit its report to high officials in a week. IG Mohit Aggarwal formed the SIT to investigate after several cases of forced conversions were received in the city.
SIT in-charge CO Vikas Pandey said that “after examining all the cases, it was found that all the accused were linked to such mosques in the city, which is occupied by Pakistan radical ideology organization Davate Islami. The followers of the organization propagate the idea of forcible conversion by operating the organization from a mosque located in the deputy halt called the headquarters of the city.”
About two dozen other mosques attached to the headquarters were also reported to have interfered with Davate Islami. In all the cases of Juhi Lal Colony, the SIT has turned its investigation in this direction after the involvement of the accused and their families from the same mosque. Earlier, the ATS was also involved in the investigation of this organization.
According to the SIT in-charge, the donation
of crores of rupees has come from the country. All this money is collected in an account of SBI, which is used to help those who forcibly convert. SIT is also looking into the data of donations to this organization from the city.
Nodal officer SP South Deepak Bhukar said that “apart from Davate Islami, information has been received about many organizations. Information is being collected regarding them. The activity of these organizations is also being monitored on social media. Information about organizations is also available on YouTube, in which information about accounts has also been provided for donations. Informants in the city’s mosques have been alerted. “
