(Rishitha Jaladi, Intern Journalist) Kolkata: President of the Indian cricket board, Sourav Ganguly is Home quarantined, after his elder brother, Snehasish, was tested COVID-19 positive on Wednesday. The Test results arrived late, the next day as per health protocol.
Being Brothers, Snehasish and Ganguly were living in the same house during the pandemic times. Hence, Ganguly is advised to stay in quarantine for a designated period. Avishek Dalmia, President of Cricket board, Bengal is in-home Quarantine too, as he has come in contact with Snehasish recently as he is the association’s general secretary.
On Thursday, Dalmia said, “Yes I will be in Home Quarantine, as per required protocol.” According to the reports, Former Bengal Cricketer, Snehasish(55), is in City Hospital from Wednesday.
