(Priyanka Gupta,Intern Journalist): Fans of Garlic Naan want to eat it again and again, but instead of eating Garlic Naan from the market you can make Garlic Naan at home with flavors. It can be served with Paneer Butter Masala along with hot Dal Makhani. So let’s know its recipe.

Ingredients:
•Flour – a cup
•Wheat Flour – half cup
•Dry yeast – half a tablespoon
•Sugar – half a teaspoon
•Curd – 1 tbsp
•Milk – One third cup
•Oil – 1 tbsp
•Salt – as per taste
•Half a cup of lukewarm water
•Garlic – 3-4 tbsp finely chopped
•Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp finely chopped
•Butter

Method
To prepare the dough for naan, first, prepare the mixture of yeast. For this, put dry yeast and sugar in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of lukewarm water. Shake the mixture with a spoon and keep it covered for 10 to 15 minutes. If the mixture is foamy after 15 minutes, the yeast is effective. But if there is no foam, understand yeast is inactive or you have used too much hot water. In such a situation, do not use this mixture and prepare another mixture.
Sieve all-purpose flour and wheat flour in a bowl. Then add curd, oil, and salt and mix it. Then add yeast mixture and one cup of milk, mix it well and knead soft dough.

Now grease the dough with oil and cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for 1 to 2 hours. Knead the dough again for 2-3 minutes or until soft.
Divide it into 5-6 equal parts and make balls. Cover these balls with a wet cloth and keep them again for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take a ball of dough and press it between the palms and give it the shape of the dough. With the help of dry flour, roll it into a long circle. Now sprinkle chopped garlic and chopped coriander over it and press it gently with the hand or rolling pin.

Now flip the naan (keep the garlic surface down) and wet it with water with the help of a brush or hand on the plain surface.
Then heat the iron griddle on medium heat (do not use a non-stick griddle to make naan). When the griddle is hot, place the surface of the naan with water on the pan. In 1 minute you will start seeing bubbles on the bread.
Hold the griddle handle and keep it upside down directly on the gas. While roasting the pan, roast it till light brown spots appear on the surface of the naan. Now remove the naan easily with the help of a sprig. Now you will find that the lower surface has also become golden. Serve it with butter.
