Meanwhile, Speaker CP Joshi has withdrawn the petition against the decision of the Rajasthan High Court against the Supreme Court. The court has accepted the appeal to withdraw the petition. At the same time, the governor has asked the government for clarification on the proposal of the Gehlot government to call the assembly session. On the other hand, the petition of the BJP MLA is to be heard in the Rajasthan High Court.

Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra has sought clarification from the State Government on the proposal for calling an assembly session. He said, do you want to present a vote of confidence? It is not mentioned in your proposal, but you are speaking about it in the media. The governor also said, “In view of the Covid-19 epidemic, it will be difficult to call all the MLAs for the assembly session.”

The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) sought to become a party in the BJP petition against the merger of six BSP MLAs with the Congress party in the Rajasthan High Court. On this, the Rajasthan High Court has asked the state’s Additional Advocate General, RP Singh to take all the information from the Speaker regarding the petition by the BJP and inform the court about it by 2 pm.

Rajasthan BJP President Satish Poonia issued a whip by the BSP to its MLAs to vote against the Congress in the House, saying, ‘BSP General Secretary SC Mishra has written a letter to the Governor and the Speaker of the Assembly. In this, he has described the alleged merger of BSP-Congress as unconstitutional. The petition is scheduled to be heard in the Rajasthan High Court on Monday. A constitutional and legal situation has arisen. Either the High Court should decide or the Governor should intervene in the matter. ‘

Rajasthan Chief Minister said that he has talked to Prime Minister Modi about the Governor. He said, ‘I spoke with the Prime Minister yesterday and told him about the behavior of the Governor. I also spoke with him in relation to the letter which I wrote to him seven days ago.
