On August 5, 2020, gold futures on the MCX exchange were trending at a modest gain of 0.07 percent or Rs 34 on Tuesday morning at Rs 48,278 per 10 grams. Apart from this, the futures price of gold on October 5, 2020, was trending at Rs 48,391 per 10 grams on MCX on Tuesday morning with a slight increase of 0.03 percent or Rs 13. Talking about the global level, on Tuesday morning, global futures prices of gold are rising and global spot prices are falling.


The domestic futures prices of silver have also seen a bounce on Tuesday morning. On September 4, the futures price of silver on MCX was trending at Rs 49,150 per kg with a rise of 0.34 percent or Rs 167 on Tuesday morning. Globally, both silver futures and spot prices have seen an increase on Tuesday morning.
According to a report, the global futures price of gold was trading 0.15 percent, or $ 2.60, at $ 1,783.80 an ounce on Comex on Tuesday morning. Besides, the global spot price of gold was down by 0.08 percent, or $ 1.43, on Tuesday morning at $ 1,771.39 an ounce.
Meanwhile, the global futures price of silver was trading up 0.37 percent, or $ 0.07, at $ 18.13 an ounce on Tuesday morning. Also, the global spot price of silver was currently trending at $ 17.86 an ounce, up 0.03 percent, or $ 0.01.
