(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Dehradun: Visitation of devotees in Char Dham will be extended. Now the decision to have darshan at the temple by 3 pm instead of 12 noon is going to be taken by Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management Board. The number is expected to increase after the concessions for the pilgrims coming to Char Dham are increased and rules are simplified.
In such a situation, there is a preparation to increase the time of worship to ensure adherence to the fixed standard of social distance. The Uttarakhand Char Dham Devasthanam Management Board is currently not considering increasing the number of pilgrims visiting daily. The standard of the number of pilgrims who come every day to every pilgrimage will remain the same as before.
As the number of devotees increases, the number of social distance goals will be increased along with increasing the time of worship. So that more and more people can get a chance to see. As the number of devotees increases, it is being considered to increase the darshan time from 12 o’clock to 3 o’clock to ensure adherence to social distance. It will be decided soon. Currently, the fixed number of devotees is not being increased. Because less few people are coming than the devotees. After increasing the concessions, the number of pilgrims coming from heli services will also increase.
