The hardship of Corona patients has increased due to the strike by contract workers of the National Health Mission in Bihar. All contract workers, including pharmacists, ANMs, management personnel, have gone on strike since July 21. Normal patients including sample collection, distribution of PPE kits, etc., are also finding difficulty in treatment. The strike has affected the functioning of the state health committee to the block. At the same time, the Health Department is ready to give them incentive money. Apart from this, the government is considering other demands including an increase in honorarium, making the service permanent.
