The main material

  • 200 grams of lettuce
  • 3 cups ground/all-purpose flour

For the main dish

  • 2 tsp ghee

To make a paste

  • 2 teaspoons fennel
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 cup milk

Step 1:

Put the lettuce in a mixer, make a puree, and set aside.

Step 2:

Instead of taking a bowl, add wheat flour, salt to taste, thyme, ghee, and previously made spinach puree and knead the dough. Pour a little milk into the dough to make the dough soft and tasty.

Step 3:

Knead the dough into small lumps. Now sprinkle some ghee as well as some wheat flour.

Step 4:

Now dip them in wheat flour and roll them into parathas.

Step 5:

Heat without digging. Once the Tawa is hot, place the parathas on the Tawa and make sure that both sides are not evenly spaced. Add a little ghee on both sides and the parathas will be soft.

Step 6:

Serve with yogurt and pickles.
