Ingredient:
10 white bread
10 cheese slices
2 onions
Half cup of vegetable oil
4 green chilies
1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
4 eggs
2 teaspoons red chili powder
2 tablespoons cornflour
2-inch ginger
1 handful coriander leaves
Method: To make this recipe, first you have to make egg batter. Break the eggs in a bowl and beat them well. Add coriander leaves, chopped onion, ginger, chopped chili, red chili powder, salt, and chaat masala. Mix them well. Now take bread slices and cut the edges. Now put the cheese slices on the bread slices and pour the batter over it. Now roll the bread and roll it with cornflour. Heat a pan on medium flame and add oil to it. When the oil is hot, add a roll and fry it. Serve this with the sauce of your choice.
