(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Kanpur: Police busted illegal liquor factory in Kanpur of Uttar Pradesh. The members of this gang adulterated liquor used to supply in government liquor contracts from Kanpur to Bundelkhand. The network of this gang spread to about 10 districts. Police have seized 3700 filled quarters, 7000 empty quarters, 7 drums sprit, UP government bar code, capers, and chemical.
On Saturday night, Naubasta police stopped and searched an Omni van while checking the vehicle on the Galla Mandi Highway. Police found two drum chemical, large quantities of adulterated alcohol quarters. Police arrested Shubham Patel, Devendra, and Rohit Sachan. The police strictly interrogated the three accused and made shocking disclosures.
The gang leader of this gang, Shubham Patel of Jahanabad police station, used to prepare adulterated liquor by renting a tubewell cell in the forest of Khajuriya village in Jahanabad.
