On World Mental Health Day (October 10), Ira Khan shared a video, in which she opened up about her emotional wellness fight.
Ira started the video by saying, “Howdy, I’m discouraged. I have been for over four years now. I’ve been to a specialist and I’m clinically discouraged. I’m improving at this point. For longer than a year at this point, I needed to accomplish something for psychological wellness, however, I didn’t know what to do.
” Ira reviewed her battle with despondency and she included the video, “I have chosen to take you on an excursion – my excursion – and see what occurs.
