Washing hands regularly and sanitizing hands with alcohol-based sanitizer is an important precaution to be taken. There are some major techniques that will help in boosting our immunity. Individuals with diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and respiratory issue are at a higher risk of having Covid-19. So to tackle this situation we need to boost our immunity.

  • Improving diet; The food we intake plays an important role in our health and immunity. Preferring a low carb diet helps in control high blood sugar and pressure. It will also help in slow down diabetes and a protein-rich diet helps us to keep a good shape. Regular consuming vegetables and fruits which are rich in Beta carotene, Ascorbic acid, and essential vitamins helps to boost our immunity

Consuming foods like mushrooms, tomato, bell pepper, and green vegetables like spinach, broccoli is good for building resilience in the body against infections.

Natural immunity supplements include ginger, gooseberries (amla), and turmeric. Herbs like garlic, Basel leaves and black cumin also helps in boosting immunity.

  • Distress; staying indoor causes an effect on mental health. The growing anxiety due to the pandemic affects a million of people. The best way to be stress-free is through meditation as stress has an adverse effect on immunity.
  • Immunity boosting foods; It is necessary to intake the right amount of nutrient foods. It is important to eat food riches in vitamin c, d, zinc, elderberry, turmeric, and garlic helps in boosting immunity.

During our fight with the Covid-19 virus, our frontline workers are working very hard to protect us but we can keep ourselves less affect by the virus just by increasing our immunity.
