Samrudhi Kalia, a Dubai-based Indian girl, has broken the world record of performing 100 Yogasanas in a small box within three minutes. According to the Khaleej Times report, this is the third yoga title of this girl. In less than a month, he has made this second record.

At the age of 11, he made a record in the Golden Book of World Records on Thursday, once again the fastest hundred yogasana in a small place. He completed the challenge in three minutes 18 seconds on the viewing deck of Burj Khalifa. Within a small box, he has set this third world record just a few weeks after receiving the title of doing about 40 advanced yogasanas in a minute. A grade seven student of Ambassador School in Dubai believes that such incredible achievements can only be achieved through hard work and perseverance.

The Khaleej Times quoted Kalia as, ‘If we dare to move forward, our dreams can come true. I think my biggest asset is not my physical ability but my mental ability. ‘ Kalia, besides practicing three hours of yoga every day, also enjoys lawn tennis, cycling, swimming, ice skating. She is also learning to play badminton. Kalia was awarded the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Award in January 2020 by the Consulate General of India for outstanding achievements in yoga.
