Aaditee M. Wagh ( Intern journalist): Mumbai: Many updates were coming forward about the IPL 2020. The news that IPL can be planned in October – November of 2020 was one of them. Due to the worldwide effect of coronavirus all matches were denied from March, in the country.
IPL is the richest & most awaited series in the cricket world. IPL has a great fan base too. But due to the corona pandemic, the 13th season was delayed. Usually, it takes place in April – May of the year.
BCCI updates that, there are chances that this year IPL may take place out of INDIA; because the pandemic situation is very critical in India.
Sri-Lanka & UAE are at the top for playing IPL 2020.
But yet not any confirmation is given by BCCI. The final decision is to be taken soon.
