Aatmja Kumari(Intern Journalist): In exercise of the powers vested in Section (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed the Additional Judge of the Guwahati High Court, Justice Sanjay Kumar Medhi, Justice Nani Tagia and Justice Manish Chaudhary to be the judges in the High Court of Guwahati. Effective as well as taking over their respective offices.
In this regard, the notification number K-13018/02/2020-US.11 and notification number K.N. 13018/03/2020-US.II has been released.
