The government called the farmers’ organizations once again for talks on Wednesday 30 December. The United Kisan Morcha of 40 farmer organizations has also accepted the government’s proposal for talks. However, the farmers are adamant about their demand to withdraw the laws. Farmers adamant about withdrawing agricultural laws
Farmers’ organizations may have accepted the invitation to negotiate with the government on 30 December, but they are still adamant on the demand for withdrawal of new agricultural laws. In this regard, he has made it clear in a letter to the government that we are coming for a discussion on the agenda written in our previous letter. Tractor march of farmers postponed in view of talks with the government
