Pakistan showed a video of Kulbhushan arrested in a joint press conference of the Pakistan Army and Information Minister. In which Kulbhushan had admitted that he is an agent of Raw. On this, India had said that in the video, former Naval officer Kulbhushan Jadhav is being forcibly confessed and is being directed for wrongdoing. The Indian side clarified that Kulbhushan Jadhav is not related to RAW. Pakistan also admitted that they do not have enough evidence against Kulbhushan Jadhav.

After this, Pakistan had retaliated by saying that it had enough evidence in this case. Pakistan had said that it would hand over those evidence to the United Nations. On the death penalty of Jadhav, the Indian government strongly opposed Pakistan and said that the natural principles of justice and laid down procedures were not followed by Pakistan in this case.
