(Milcah Anila, Intern Journalist) Vijayawada: The 82 satellites of planet Saturn, the Titan satellite has several specialties. The climate on it in particular is reminiscent of the early days of the Earth. Scientists predict that there will be more favors on this planet for future biological evolution.
Scientists are exploring the possibility of biodiversity on the Kraken Mare, the largest ocean on Titan. Recent research has shown that this sea center is a thousand feet deep. So far its depth was thought to be 300 feet. Scientists hope to launch a robotic submarine into the ocean.
Located at the North Pole of Titan, this ocean area is approximately 1.54 million square miles. It is larger than the Caspian Sea on Earth. It contains liquid ethane, methane, and other hydrocarbons.
It is noteworthy that all of these are used as raw materials for the birth of the organism. According to CCAPS, the depth of the ocean is known from the latest research and the atmosphere on Titan was in the early days.
In 1997, NASA’s Cassini space probe detected the ocean on Titan. In 2008 the sea was renamed, Kraken Mare. There is also an island called Maida Insula in the middle of this sea. Scientists plan to send a submarine to orbit the seabed this time around as the depth of the ocean becomes known.
