(Bhagya Luxmi, Intern Journalist) People usually raise animals such as cats, dogs, cows as a hobby or for as income source, but Prayagraj has an animal lover for whom the animals on the road are like pets. The girl of Prayagraj remains the messiah for sick, injured, and helpless animals on the streets. Vanshika Gupta carries hundreds of injured and sick animals off the streets, treats, and serves with great care in her home. Everyone is amazed to see this unique animal love of the family.
Once you will reach the house, only animals will be seen around the house. Seeing a glimpse, it seems that you have come to a veterinary hospital, But it is the home of the clan. Wherever you look at home, you will see a cat, dog, and monkey. These are not any pets and maybe you can get scared once you see these stray animals, but the family has taken everyone from the streets and given them a place in this house. This is the passion of BA’s student lineage. Vanshika is trying to provide a better life at home by taking care of such animals by providing medicines, ointments, and bandages.
Attachment to the innocent since childhood
The descendants live in the Myorabad Colony of Prayagraj. His father is a doctor by profession and his mother is a homemaker. She had such an attachment to animals after seeing her parents. In fact, Vanshika’s father often served animals on the roadside, and Vanshika’s mother also contributed to this task. The offspring also got fond of these animals.
The family has many rooms in their home, so has dedicated two rooms of their house to these stray animals. All those stray animals are kept in these rooms of the house and the descendants themselves treat them. At present, there are more than 50 stray animals in the family. Vanshika said, “I started this work from the age of about 5 and have treated over 5000 stray animals till now.” In such a situation,
During the unfortunate lockdown period, those who used to feed the animals on the street become unable to do so. In this critical time, Vanshika became the messiah of those lifeless animals and brought food to as many animals as possible.
