(Deepshikha Gautam, Intern Journalist) Lucknow: The eyes of the UP government are skeptical against mafias. A mafia building was demolished by LDA and police administration on Tuesday morning. This building belonged to Mukhtar Ansari’s son Abbas and Umar Ansari. They had taken over the enemy property and built a two-storeyed building. The demolition order was issued by LDA joint secretary Ritu Suhas on August 11.
The LDA, including the police administration, took more than 200 policemen and more than 20 JCB to demolish the building. During this time, there was also a clash with the police and mafias. The police chased them away. Under the Hazratganj Police station area, Grandeur apartment-10 near Dali Bagh colony, illegal houses, oblique built on the vacant lands of LDA near a mosque were demolished by LDA. Police officers were present at that time.
