According to a senior company official, Maruti Suzuki was the most searched online by the people in lockdown and there was a huge increase in sales. The official said that our company is encouraging customers to fully digital payments. The nation’s largest car manufacturer, which sells an average of one car online for every two cars in the country, had seen digital inquiries grow by more than 45% during the months of lockdown.
Sashank Srivastava, Director of sales and marketing executive of Maruti Suzuki, told that the company has digitized 21 out of 26 touchpoints for customers including documentation and payment. He said that in the hours of crisis, we are working on many important plans of the company so that people have no problem making digital payments.
