Ingredients:
Khoya (grated) – 1 ¾ cups, Sugar – 4tbsp, Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp, Almonds (halved) – 5 nos.

- Cook the grated khoya and sugar in a heavy bottom Kadai for 10 mins on a medium-high flame.⠀
⠀ - Cool for 20 mins in a bowl.⠀
⠀ - Grease your palms and make small roundels and flatten slightly, place an almond in the center, and press slightly.⠀
