Ingredients:

Khoya (grated) – 1 ¾ cups, Sugar – 4tbsp, Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp, Almonds (halved) – 5 nos.

Cooking Instructions:⠀

  1. Cook the grated khoya and sugar in a heavy bottom Kadai for 10 mins on a medium-high flame.⠀
  2. Cool for 20 mins in a bowl.⠀
  3. Grease your palms and make small roundels and flatten slightly, place an almond in the center, and press slightly.⠀
