(Namita Pradhan, Intern Journalist) MG Motor India has seen a 40% growth in retail sales to 2,015 units in July 2020. Last year in July, it has sold 1508 units. The automaker is now selling MG Hector Plus, MG Hector, and MG ZS EV in India.
On the basis of the month, MG Motor India sales grew 4.62% in July 2020. On June 2020 units sold were 2,012.
The MG Motor India has launched the six-seater Hector Plus on July 2020. Its price between Rs 13.49 lakh and Rs 18.54 lakh, with the price set to increase up to Rs 50,000 after the month of August 13. It competes against Mahindra XUV500, Toyota Innova Crysta, and Maruti Suzuki XL6.
MG Motor India’s maiden product in India, the Hector is available at the range of Rs 12.74 lakh to Rs 17-73 lakh. The MG ZS EV comes with a price between Rs 20.88 lakh and Rs 23.58 lakh
