Meanwhile, Speaker of the Lok Sabha, Om Birla told today that we will eventually go 100 percent digital. For the first time in the history of Parliament, all members have sent questions through online medium. We have successfully digitalized 62 percent of the work of Parliament.
With this, the Lok Sabha Speaker said that all the members will pass through the corona test. The presence of MPs will be recorded through a mobile app. He told that the monsoon session will start from September 14 and will run till October 1. In the midst of the corona epidemic it is challenging for us but we can prove ourselves to those to whom we are accountable.
On the other hand, before the monsoon session of Parliament, Rajya Sabha Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu and staff rehearsed the House operations on Wednesday as several steps have been taken for the first time due to the restrictions imposed due to the Corona epidemic. Apart from rehearsals in the Rajya Sabha, Venkaiah also administered the oath to YSR party leader Parimal Nathwani. Nathwani, who won from Andhra Pradesh, became a member of the Rajya Sabha for the third time. He was elected to the Rajya Sabha for the first time in May 2008 and the second time in April 2014.
