The situation is worst in Latin American country Brazil. After 23,529 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, the total number of infected people has crossed 21 lakh. In the last day, 716 people have lost their lives inside Brazil due to the epidemic. However, more than 1.4 million people in Brazil have fully recovered from the infection. But in Sao Paulo, the country’s most affected city, 19,732 people have died, with 4 lakh cases confirmed so far.
There have been 600 new cases of infection in the last 24 hours in Russia. The total number of infected here has crossed the figure of 7.77 lakh. With the decline of new cases in Russia, 3,258 people have also recovered in the last 24 hours. For this reason, the situation in Russia seems to be improving.
