It is necessary to eat something similar to eat every day in a fruit diet during a nine-day fast. Which are good in taste as well as giving energy throughout the day. Also, be sattvic and be easy. But you still have a dilemma in your heart to try Makhana Bhel to make such a recipe. This is the easiest and quickest breakfast to be eaten in the fast. Which takes very little time to make. So let us know an easy recipe to make Makhana Bhel.
Ingredients :
Three cups Makhana, two teaspoons native ghee, one teaspoon lemon juice, red chili powder, three tablespoons peanuts, one tomato chopped finely, two teaspoons green chutney, one teaspoon tamarind chutney, one cucumber finely chopped, half apple chopped, rock salt as per taste.
Method :
Heat the ghee in a pan and fry it in it.
When the Makhane becomes crispy, take it off the flame. While frying the Makhane, add rock salt as well. Now add roasted peanuts, chopped tomatoes, green chilies to this fried Makhana. Mix well.
Now add green chutney, red chutney, chopped cucumbers, apples to this mixture and mix it well. If you want, you can add your favorite fruits like pomegranate and grapes. Your delicious spicy Makhana Bhel is ready. If you have roasted peanuts and chutney already, then it will not take any time to cook it.
