NEP had been accepted nationwide as it was brought out after lots of discussion and consultations with people across the country said Prime Minister Narendra Modi while speaking at the Governor’s Conference on Education.
” The interference of the Government in education policy should be kept at a minimum. The more teachers, parents, and students are involved in it, the more relevant it becomes,” said Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This is not for the government it’s for the nation, he further added.
“The NEP focuses more on learning than study. It focuses more on practicality, passion, and performance. In one way, this is a major step towards getting rid of one size fits all approach of our education system”, He said.
