(Namita Pradhan, Intern Journalist) Jammu; On Monday NIA filed a charge sheet in the special court against six people for helping three Pakistan terrorists- based Jaish-e-Mohammad to infiltrate into India, said by an official.

Sameer Ahmed Dar, Asif Ahmed Malik, Sartaj Ahmed Mantoo, Suhaib Manzoor, Zahoor Ahmed Khan all are the resident of Pulwama and Suheel Javid resident of Budgam were charged with the provision of IPC, under the ct of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, Arms Act, the Indian Wireless Telegraphy Act, and the Explosive substances Act before the special NIA Court, said by an NIA spokesperson.

On 31st January 2020, a truck was stopped by the officials for checking at the Ban Toll Plaza, Narogataa in Jammu on the Highway of Pathankot-Srinagar.

Three Pakistani terrorists were hiding inside the vehicle.

On the pre-dawn darkness the driver Sameer and two associates Asif and Sartaj escaped, the cargo cabin of the truck was heavily loaded with armed Pakistani terrorists who started firing at the police.

The security forces are doing a search operation at the Ban Forest area and have killed the three terrorists and the driver and his associates got arrested.
